The relentless growth of the Molson Group is continuing with the expansion of its arrangement with German equipment company Sennebogen.
Molson Green, the group’s recycling and materials handling division, has struck a deal to distribute the manufacturer’s scrap metal and port handling machines in the UK. It already holds distribution rights for Sennebogen products for the waste, timber and demolition sectors.
Robin Powell, Molson Group’s joint managing director, said: “We are extremely excited about the addition of the scrap and port industries to our Sennebogen product range and the opportunity for growth that it creates. Although the ports industry particularly is new for us, we have been gearing up for this for some time…”
Alfred Endl, sales director at Sennebogen, said Molson had generated “impressive growth” across the UK for its recycling, timber and demolition equipment. “We are very happy with how Molson are continuing to build and promote the Sennebogen product range in the UK market and we look forward to working with them to support this growth in the ports and scrap industries.”
The appointment sees Molson succeed the previous scrap and ports dealer, E. H. Hassells & Sons of Stoke- on-Trent.
