In a move the company said is designed to personalise service north of the border, Gareth Griffiths becomes the main contact for service, parts manager Gordon Jones is the man in charge for the Falkirk depot and parts, and James Dobbie is the area’s product support representative. They are supported by regional sales manager Russell Conn who joined the company last year.
“Bringing together Bell Equipment’s mechanical service and maintenance offerings in Scotland through the Falkirk Depot, this centralised approach will consolidate technical expertise, streamline communications and present customers with a linear route to all preventative-care and repair support,” company said.
“The move will also enable Bell to have greater control over the standards of care and service provided to its customers and will simplify the process of service and repair for the clients themselves.”
